Kamil is an entrepreneur and a proven business leader with nearly two decades experience with extensive global network, and established track-record of leadership in the Financial Services, Marine and Oil & Gas sectors. From honing his skills at several management roles to startups/or establishing joint ventures; Kamil has demonstrated a knack for delivering value.

Kamil is an entrepreneur and a proven business leader with nearly two decades experience with extensive global network, and established track-record of leadership in the Financial Services, Marine and Oil & Gas sectors. From honing his skills at several management roles to startups/or establishing joint ventures; Kamil has demonstrated a knack for delivering value.
Kamil is the Founder/CEO of Navpro Limited; an indigenous company incorporated in Nigeria with focus on services such as procurement services, construction, Marine logistics & support services, and Importation and Distribution of frozen seafood products.
Education
He has a background in Economics & statistics from University of Benin, Nigeria with an MSc in Human Resource Management from The Robert Gordon University, UK. He has participated in several training programs globally on leadership principles, Project Management, policy development and contract laws.
Experience
Prior to establishing Navpro Limited, he Co-founded Greenfield Fenders Limited, a Marine logistics and support company; where he was Director, Finance & Business Operations. As Director, he led several teams to establish over $ 5 Million USD revenue business from scratch. The accomplishment of this business is a strong indication of Kamil’s business ingenuity.
Prior to his appointment at Greenfield Fenders Ltd, Kamil worked as General Manager overseeing the business and logistics operations of a leading Oil & Gas upstream company.
Previously, Kamil worked with Nigeria’s leading financial institution, where he played several integral roles in business integration, logistics & performance management in one of the largest mergers, culminating as HR Business Manager to the largest profit-making division of the organization.
